June of 1938 ushered in the concept of the “Superhero” as we know it today when the world was introduced to Superman in Action Comics #1.

Unlike other Comic book generations, The Bronze Age is a bit blurry when defining the starting point. Between 1970 and 1973 is roughly accepted by most as the cut-off for Silver Comics.
It was a time marked by an abundance of Superhero stories as well as the beginnings of many ideas not yet explored in Comics.
